Mr. Ren has nearly twenty years of professional, management and investment experience. He was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and UBS Investment Bank and held senior positions at the CITIC Securities International PE team.

He graduated from Peking University and Harvard University. He was qualified to practice law both in Hong Kong and New York, the United States of America.
