Mark Kollar is a partner at Prosek Partners, a leading international financial-communications consultancy with offices in New York, London, Los Angeles, Boston and Connecticut, where he specializes in strategic communications, executive visibility, crisis and issues management, branding, ESG, impact and sustainable investment.  As a former journalist for more than a dozen years, he also focuses on developing narrative and messages for his clients in private markets, alternatives, professional services and the energy industry.

With more than 30 years of experience in financial services and capital markets as a communications consultant or journalist, Kollar brings high energy and creativity to all his assignments. He was also a trader on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in stock-index futures and options and wrote the book, Twenty-Four Hour Trading: The Global Markets of Futures and Options, published by John Wiley and Sons, Inc.  As a journalist, Kollar focused on exchanges, structured products and private equity.

Kollar is the chairman of the board of The Epic Theatre Ensemble, a non-profit organization that works with New York City public school system to help students develop a rich academic, artistic and professional life through theatre focused on social issues.  He graduated with an MA in English Literature from the University of Chicago and a BA in English Literature from DePaul University.
