Mr. Robbins joined Golub Capital in 2004 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Investor Partners Group. Mr. Robbins is an officer of Golub Capital BDC, Inc. (NASDAQ: GBDC) and Golub Capital BDC 3, Inc. He served as an officer of Golub Capital Investment Corporation, prior to its merger with GBDC. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Robbins was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group at Indosuez Capital, where he originated, structured, executed and managed leveraged finance transactions for middle market private equity sponsors across multiple asset classes. Prior to this position, Mr. Robbins worked as an Associate at Saw Mill Capital, a middle market private equity firm. Mr. Robbins earned a BS degree magna cum laude in Economics, with a Finance concentration, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
